RMG Astro Private Limited (CIN: U96906PN2026PTC250704), having its registered office at Picassos Terrace Fl No 04, Sr No 66 Kedari Nagar, Wanowarie, Pune, Maharashtra, India 411040 ('Company', 'we', 'us'), provides online Vedic astrology, palmistry, and live consultation services.

Service descriptions, intake requirements, available slots, and pricing are shown before checkout. The price displayed at checkout is inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any service at any time without prior notice.

All reports and consultations provided by the Company — including Vedic astrology reports, horoscope analysis, palmistry, marriage compatibility, career guidance, and live consultations — are intended SOLELY for general guidance, self-reflection, and educational and entertainment purposes. They are based on traditional Vedic and astrological systems whose validity is not scientifically established and which do not predict the future with certainty.

The reports and consultations DO NOT CONSTITUTE professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to: medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, marital, family, business, vocational, educational, or emergency advice. Nothing in any report or consultation should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified, licensed professional in the relevant field. If you are experiencing a medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial issue, please consult a qualified professional.

NO WARRANTIES — to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or timeliness of any prediction, interpretation, recommendation, or other content delivered through any report or consultation. We do not guarantee that any prediction will come true, that any recommended remedy or ritual will produce any specific outcome, or that any compatibility assessment is conclusive.

ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY — you alone are responsible for any decision, action, or inaction taken on the basis of, or in reliance upon, any report or consultation. This includes — without limitation — decisions about marriage, divorce, relationships, family planning, child-rearing, employment, investments, business ventures, property, travel, education, religious or spiritual practice, medical treatment, or end-of-life choices. The Company is NOT a party to any such decision and shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage — financial, physical, emotional, reputational, or otherwise — arising from or connected to any such decision or action.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a service or create an account. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of intake details, contact information, billing details, and uploaded files. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully completed and verified through the configured payment gateway (currently Razorpay). On successful payment we issue an Indian-tax-compliant invoice (GST tax invoice) to the email address on file and store it under your dashboard.

All prices on the website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.

We do not store card numbers, UPI handles, CVV, net-banking credentials, or other payment instrument credentials.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay; in the rare event the original method cannot be credited, we may credit the refund to a wallet balance for use against future bookings, in line with the 'wallet fallback' rule in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You may not (a) misuse the website, (b) upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content, (c) attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, (d) use the service to harass any consultant, or (e) submit false intake details with the intent of obtaining a refund. Violations may lead to immediate termination of access.

All website content, branding, copy, logos, sample reports, and underlying software are the property of RMG Astro Private Limited or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view your delivered consultation report; you may not redistribute it commercially.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory — is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Without limiting Section 2 above, the Company shall NOT be liable for any loss, damage, harm, or injury (whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive) arising out of or in connection with: (a) any decision, action, or inaction taken by you or any third party in reliance on a report or consultation, including decisions about marriage, divorce, family, employment, business, investment, medical treatment, legal matters, or any other personal, financial, or professional matter; (b) the accuracy, completeness, or non-fulfilment of any prediction, interpretation, remedy, ritual, or recommendation in any report or consultation; (c) any emotional distress, mental anguish, anxiety, or harm to relationships allegedly resulting from the content of a report or consultation; or (d) any indirect or third-party harm — including harm to your spouse, children, family members, employer, business partners, or counterparties — that you assert is connected to a report or consultation.

Lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, lost wages, business interruption, marital or relational damage, and reputational harm are all expressly excluded from the Company's liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud). Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or any equivalent foreign consumer-protection statute.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMG Astro Private Limited and its directors, officers, and employees from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer-protection statutes that may give consumers the right to bring proceedings in their place of residence.

Before filing a court claim, please raise your grievance with our Grievance Officer (riteshghorpade.astro@gmail.com) so we can attempt to resolve it amicably.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the website after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
