It offers Full Horoscope, Career, and Marriage Compatibility astrology reports prepared from birth details, plus 1-on-1 live consultations.
What birth details do I need to book a Vedic astrology report?+
Date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth (city, state, country). If you are not sure of your exact birth time, you can still order a Full Horoscope or Marriage Compatibility report — the system disables time-sensitive options like D10 Career and Horoscope Matching automatically.
How long does the Full Horoscope Report take?+
Reports are typically prepared and delivered to your dashboard and email within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation.
Are payments and tax invoices compliant with Indian law?+
Yes. Payments run through Razorpay (no card or UPI credentials are stored by RMG Astro). Every booking generates an Indian-tax-compliant tax invoice under Rule 46 of the CGST Rules, 2017, with sequential numbering per financial year, place-of-supply rules (CGST + SGST intra-state, IGST inter-state), and SAC code 9997.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?+
Live consultations cancelled at least 24 hours before the slot are eligible for a full refund. Report-based services are eligible for a full refund only until the consultant has started work. Full policy: see /refund-cancellation. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay; if that fails, an equivalent wallet credit is issued.
Is RMG Astro available outside India?+
Yes. RMG Astro accepts clients worldwide. International payments are accepted through Razorpay where supported; service is rendered online (PDF reports or video consultation), so no physical shipping is needed.
